If you are interested in visiting a 60 acre working plantation, be sure to visit the Mauii Tropical Plantation located near Wailuku at 1670 Honoapiilani Hwy. At this plantation, you can take a narrated tram tour of the plantation, see coconut husking demonstrations and buy a myriad of products such as papaya, guava, mango, macadamia nuts, coffee, avocados, bananas, sugar cane and star fruit at the Plantation country store.

The Plantation is open daily at 9 AM and is a popular wedding spot for couples wanting an idyllic setting for their wedding. The Waikapu Grill is open daily from 11:00 A.M. to 2 P.M. for lunch and features plantation fresh fruits and Hawaiian specialties. The plantation is a fun place to stop for lunch and learn about the cultivation of Hawaiian crops and specialties.
